A. Requested to do so by the third party or the collector believes that the information given was incorrect or incomplete AND the collector believes that the third party has updated or complete information.
B. The call is disconnected before the conversation is complete.
C. We may call third party as many times as desired regardless of reason.
D. The collector may call a third party more than one time per the FDCPA.
