Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with our service providers and business partners who help us provide our services to you, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions on our behalf.

Public question library

To help other students, we may publish the text of solved questions and their AI answers in our public question library. We never publish your photo, name, email or account, and we skip questions that appear to contain personal information. If you asked a question, you can remove it from the library at any time with the "Remove it" button on your answer page, or by contacting us.

Live Assistant

When you press "Start listening", audio from your microphone is streamed to our AI provider (OpenAI) only to turn speech into text while the session runs. We do not store the audio. The transcript and the answers are saved to your private history, where you can delete them at any time, and they are never published in the public question library. Only use Live when everyone in the conversation agrees to it.

Tutor listings

If you create a tutor or interview-coach listing, the details you enter (name, photo, description, subjects, rate, languages and city) are public, and your contact link is shown to signed-in users. We count how often your listing is viewed and contacted. SnapAndSolve is not a party to any agreement between tutors and students. You can edit or delete your listing at any time.

Emails

We only send product updates and study tips to users who opted in when creating an account. Every such email lets you unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that your information will always be secure, and we are not responsible for unauthorized access or use of your information that is beyond our control.
